Results of Court Hearing on 4 November 2024. [8 Nov 24 EDIT: COURT HEARING LISTED FOR 12 DECEMBER 2024]

A couple of days before the hearing Albion published yet more false statements in the audited accounts of Albion Crown VCT plc ahead of the AGM to be held on 26 November. A separate post will address those statements immediately after Albion's agreed and now court approved/ordered deadline of 14 November  for filing its Witness Statement. 

Suffice it to say that the explanations on the specifically unaudited page 29 of the accounts are simply untrue by referencce to the records of Companies House alone.

Summary: Albion to file Witness Statement by 14 November.

"A call to arms" to all members of Albion Enterprise VCT plc. Help prevent High Court blocking you meeting to expose Albion Capital Group's systemic FRAUD, self dealing and gross negligence.

I am a member of all 6 of Albion's LSE Listed VCTs and have discovered major fraud involving self dealing in the shares of one of the investments spread across 5 of the VCTs and 2 of Albion's non-listed funds. In accordance with s116 Companies Act 2006 I formally requested a copy of the Register of Members of Albion Enterprise VCT plc (AAEV), where Patrick Reeve, the Chairman of the Investment Manager Albion Capital Group llp, is also a Director. My request stated: Patrick Reeve applied to the High Court for a non-disclosure order of the register to ANY and all members of AAEV . Paragraph 2 says it all. The High Court immediately listed the matter for a directions hearing on 4 November. Letter to each of the Directors of the 6 Albion VCTs [EDIT 19 December] [2nd EDIT 31 December]
